Todd Pees

Todd Pees serves as Senior Vice President of National Accounts & Business Development at Valicor Environmental Services, a portfolio company of PPC (Pritzker Private Capital), leading enterprise client strategy, long-term partnerships, and national revenue growth across complex, regulated markets. He also oversees the integration of new service lines across regions, translating commercial strategy into operational execution.

In his current role, Todd maintains a consistent focus on expanding customer relationships, aligning operations with regulatory requirements, and delivering scalable, compliant solutions for industrial clients. Since joining Valicor in 2004, he has been central to diversifying the company's service offerings, launching its national accounts program, and building the customer success function, work that established the infrastructure behind Valicor's continued national growth.

Todd began his career at OHM Corporation, at the time the nation's largest emergency response firm, before holding progressive environmental management roles at GZA GeoEnvironmental and Sumitomo Bakelite. After earning his MBA, he joined Valicor in territory sales, developing tailored solutions for manufacturing waste customers before advancing through the organization to his current leadership role.

He holds a BS and MS in Environmental Management and an MBA in Financial Analysis from the University of Findlay.
