Ken Hines

Chief Operating Officer

Ken Hines is Chief Operating Officer of Valicor Environmental Services, a portfolio company of PPC (Pritzker Private Capital). He was named to the role in November 2021, bringing a career built on scaling environmental services and industrial waste businesses across three leading companies in the sector.

Before joining Valicor, Ken served as Division Vice President of Waste for VLS Environmental Services, an Aurora Capital company, where he held full responsibility for a $180 million nationwide waste business. He spent four years prior as Senior Vice President at Clean Harbors, North America's largest hazardous waste and environmental services company, leading and growing businesses in field service, hazardous waste, and industrial cleaning from $150 million to $350 million in revenue, more than doubling the business. Earlier in his career, Ken spent a decade at Veolia, the world's largest environmental services company, where he built industrial water and industrial cleaning businesses from $20 million to $220 million in annual revenue.

Ken holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
