ArvinMeritor, Morristown, TN
As a Manufacturing Engineering Manager at one of ArvinMeritor’s largest manufacturing facilities, I was fortunate to begin working with Valicor Fluids Technologies in resolving rising metalworking fluids costs and increasing health concerns due to poor system maintenance.
Valicor systematically engineered a Total Fluids Management Program that essentially eliminated growing health concerns while reducing ArvinMeritor’s manufacturing costs.
This success was recognized by ArvinMeritor’s senior management team and Valicor was invited into other ArvinMeritor locations.
“Valicor’ methodical approach to Total Fluids Management fits well into ArvinMeritor’s commitment to becoming a world-class automotive supplier and our global commitment to reducing our environmental footprint.”
“Valicor is a resourceful company that provides outstanding service and support. In a well managed system that meets the needs of manufacturing processes with both economical and environmental considerations.

“I wish to express my views on the exemplary way that Valicor has conducted business with Metaldyne in Royal Oak, Michigan.
We originally had another company that was attempting to recycle our product which is gear oil with sometimes an excess of water. Although we decant our product, it still made it very difficult, to the point that the other company walked away from the problem.
Valicor has stepped up to the task and persisted with this difficult application, working with us to resolve the problem on a permanent basis. They have also assisted us in other difficult applications and are always willing to try to find solutions.
As a company we hope to continue into the future with Valicor as partners in our recycling and cost reduction efforts."
